What we store

• Transcripts: Audio from your calls is transcribed and stored temporarily to generate structured outputs.
• Derived outputs: User stories, acceptance criteria, decisions, and action items generated from the transcript.
• Minimal metadata: Meeting date, duration, platform, and participant count (not names unless present in transcript).

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to third parties - ever.
• We do not use your data to train models by default. If anonymized data is ever used for improvement, it will be strictly opt-in and disclosed.
• We do not capture video, screen shares, or chat messages - only audio for transcription.

Data retention

Requesting data deletion

You can request deletion of your transcripts, outputs, and account data at any time. Send an email to privacy@botzone.ai with your account email and the scope of your request. We will process deletion requests within 5 business days and confirm once complete.

Security

• All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
• Infrastructure is hosted on reputable cloud providers with SOC 2 Type II compliance.
• Access to customer data is restricted to essential personnel and audited.
